The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Privacy Policy
  • Go Figure use of personal information that you may submit to Go Figure through this website is governed by the Go Figure Privacy Policy.  Go Figure will not share any of your information, including contact information, with any third parties. 



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We use USPS for our shipping.  Please contact us if you need to arrange expedited shipping.  USPS usually takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email from the post office with the tracking number when your order goes out.

    We charge $10.00 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item, with a maximum shipping charge of $40 in the US, not including Alaska and Hawaii.  Extra-heavy items such as sweaters and coats will have an extra shipping charge, and this will be indicated in the product description.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional shipping charge added.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the post office. On orders over $500, we send your package with signature confirmation required to confirm delivery. If requiring at signature upon delivery is an inconvenice, please contact us when you place your order. We can also insure packages upon request, and we will calculate the extra cost and give you a total before charging your card.



  • International
  • Go Figure ships merchandise to Canada.  We are also happy to ship to US territories and other countries—just send us an email with your shipping information and the merchandise you'd like to purchase.  We will contact you with the adjusted shipping costs, hold the merchandise for you, and contact you with the shipping costs and total.  Credit cards are not charged until merchandise is processed, the shipping fees are calculated and you've approved the total.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Go Figure is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax
  • Go Figure charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. This means California residents will be charged 8.50% sales tax.  Non-California residents will not be charged sales tax.



  • Return Policy
  • You must contact us before returning any item for refund or exchange.  This will allow us to re-list the item on our shopping cart.  This is especially crucial to us because we buy in small quanitites.  If you send something back without notifying us, within 14 days of receiving it, we will be forced to deduct a 10% re-stocking fee from your refund.      

    If you are not happy with any full-priced item, contact us first and then return the item within 14 days of receiving it. We will then refund the full amount of the product. (New arrivals purchased with store coupons are considered sale/discount items. Please see below.) The original shipping charge will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The goods must be returned in saleable condition, which means clean, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unlaundered, fragrance-free, and with the original tags attached. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange and will be returned to you, with the additional shipping charge added to your credit/debit card. Go Figure is not responsible for any lost packages returned to us, so we suggest that you track and/or insure all returns.  Full-priced items returned after 14 days are only eligible for store credit, less a 10% restocking fee.

    In the event that you receive the wrong merchandise or a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours by phone or email. We will pay the return shipping costs. If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned item. If you request a refund, we will refund the original purchase price and the original shipping charge.

    Your refund will be issued in the same manner it was paid. For payments by credit/debit card, the purchase amount will be credited to your account. Refunds are usually processed within 1 to 3 days after the goods are received by Go Figure. Please note: it may take your credit card company up to 30 days to post your refund.

    Sale/discounted items may only be exchanged for other items or returned for store credit.  No refunds will be given. New arrivals purchased with store coupons are considered sale items, so these items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.  Sale items returned without contacting us or after 14 days will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the store credit given. 

    All sales are final on clearance items (which are items 50% off or more) and special orders.  We cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

    When you contact us by phone or email to arrange for an exchange, tell us what you want to exchange your item for, so we can check our availability and reserve that item for you.

    Indicate the exchange details on your packing slip when you return your item. We will ship you the exchanged merchandise upon receipt of the original merchandise.  You will not be charged additional shipping for the exchanged merchandise on full-priced items (applies to the first exchange only). If you exchange one or more sale items, we will charge you an additional shipping fee of $5.

    Cancellations:  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.  We do our best to get your shipment out as quickly as possible.  Once a package has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

    Special Orders: Some companies will allow us to place special orders for our customers.  Special orders can take several weeks, averaging 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the vendor.  Sale prices and specials do not apply to special orders, and these items are not returnable.  An advance deposit will be required on all special orders.

    About Color: At Go Figure, we do our best to represent product colors as accurately as possible in our photographs. Please be advised that an item’s color, as represented in the final image on your monitor, may look different from the actual product. This is due to conditions which are difficult to control, such as the camera, variations in lighting type and conditions, and the color settings and calibration of your computer monitor, which can vary from screen to screen, and even more so if viewed on a printed copy. The color you see on your screen or printout is not a guarantee of the color of the actual product.

    About Measurements: We do our best to give accurate measurements. All our measurements are listed in inches. Sleeves are measured along the top of the sleeve, from shoulder seam to sleeve end. The length is measured from the mid-shoulder to the hem, for tops/jackets, etc. Since the widest part of the hips are in different places on different people, we don't usually provide the hip measurement. Most of our pants and skirts have elastic waistbands, and the maximum waist measurement is about the same as the widest part of the hips. Please call us if you need any additional help—we're happy to provide more guidance and information as needed.

    A Note about Pricing: While we can't guarantee to price match, you can contact us if you're interested in an item you see here that is being sold for less on another site.  We will do our best to give you the best price we can.
